He gave us a verbal estimate and then followed up in writing within a few hours. We scheduled it within a few days. They showed up on time and were exceptionally professional and polite. They took care of everything, from the ceiling repair, to the painting of the surrounding area. They carefully covered and put plastic over every single square inch imaginable.
